Our previous experience of central London cafés showed how rarely the customer was the prime focus in the transaction.
Attendant wants to create meaningful experiences for local communities through quality products, innovation and an ever-evolving vision. Each coffee roastery is designed as a welcoming space in which to bring diverse people together.
With our first site situated in a quirky, disused Victorian toilet in Fitzrovia, we made it our mission as a company to create a different experience from store to store. Secondly, we strive to bring people out of the daily 9-5 grind; to create a place to take a moment, gather one’s thoughts, refuel and get right back to it.

To further the sustainable coffee trade, we pay a higher price for our coffee based on its quality. Our skillful roasting releases the inherent flavour of the beans. Honouring the hard work the farmers and growers put in at origin.
Since opening in 2013, the Attendant has developed into a coffee roastery. Also a café and kitchen, with the intention of bringing permaculture to the UK café scene.
